Always LOG OUT from this Dashboard... don't just close the website

If ever locked out of the ASW Mobile App or the Agent Solix Dashboard / CSI Tool you can reset account/password by answering the challenge/security questions

Both the ASW Mobile App and Agent Solix Dashboard / CSI Tool use the same user name and password.  Password changes through the Solix Dashboard / CSI Tool. 

Why and When to use the Activation Dashboard Portal:

The Dashboard Portal is used to monitor the applicant's status and activate phone if applicant is successfully enrolled

When agent logs into the Dashboard it will open to the Agency Real Time Review status

Other Actions On Dashboard

  • Agent can change their password for mobile app and Dashboard at any time by clicking Change Password on left menu

  • Agents should log out when done not just close out webpage

 

NOTE:

  • Agents may use their phone to access the Dashboard and do all the actions above but phones may NOT be used to do applications

  • Agents can be signed into a tablet to do the mobile apps and a phone to do Dashboard at same time

          - First & Last Name (will be asked to spell)

          - Agent ID / USER ID

          - State You are Calling From

          - Provide Your Phone Number

          - Device You Use For Logging In

          - Will be asked if you currently have internet service & ability to log into Phone                           Activation Dashboard / Solix CSI

Solix Help Desk Representative will reset your password

          (typically your user ID in lower case)

As you Log In the system will prompt you to change to a NEW PASSWORD
